The Terrace
The main living areas, and the master bedroom, open onto a huge, completely private, wraparound terrace with incredible views. Primarily South/East and South facing and with a fantastic BBQ and dining area, there are various seating and relaxing areas, a waterfall shower and provision of utilities for the installation of a spa or hot tub should you wish (subject to building regs). Due to its outlook the terrace benefits from year round sunshine and there is always a choice of sunny or shaded areas to choose from.
